How to make it:

  • Add the rest of the water and cook over low heat until tick and clear, stirring constantly.
  • Let cool. add glycerine and borax.
  • Divide and pour into small screw-top jars. Add food coloring.
Makes about 2 cups. It works better if children dip fingers in water before spreading paint.

Bathroom Finger Paint:

  • paper cup
  • water
  • 2 or 3 drops food colouring

How to make it:

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon glycerine
